The facility dietary staff prepares three meals per day along with snacks. Residents on the main unit receive buffet dining in three small dining rooms while residents in the Woodlands 28 bed Alzheimer’s unit have two separate dining rooms and small country style kitchen areas.
Residents residing in our Small House are served family style meals and may participate in meal preparation if they so desire. They have kitchen privileges and enjoy an open kitchen atmosphere.
Residents in all areas enjoy planning meals and special events with food as the center piece of the event.
Our dietary department is operated by a trained dietary manager and a registered dietician. Residents always have alternate choices of food items in the event something is served they do not wish to eat.
